This week was one of my most intense weeks in Purdue. Last Tuesday I had a double test evening: PHYS 172 and MA 165. I felt confident about both of the test; however I still felt the stress. We have only three midterms in both of the subjects and I was aiming for an A+. So there was little room for bad grades. On top of that I had my literature review draft two to hand in.
So here’s what happened. All of Math and Physics results were bad. I mean really bad. They’re so bad that I still feel the sting of indignation coursing through my body when I talk about them. To add more to my frustration, the literature review draft 2 I turned in, turned out to be a complete bust. I have to revise the whole thing.
Despite these frustrating events, I still feel like working harder. I guess the frustration is giving me the motivation to do so. I hope I ace the next tests in Math and Physics. Also, I hope I'll be able to turn in a good literature review.
I almost had the same frustration with you. I had a MA161 exam on Monday and then the Phys 172 exam the following day. The average for the physics exam was horrible so that makes me feel a little better. I'm pretty sure you'll do better next time! (Jayne)
