My fall Break

During my fall break, unlike most of you guys, I didn’t move at all from West Lafayette. Instead, I stayed back, relaxed, and slept 10-12 hours a day (excluding awesome naps). It was a great way for me to recuperate after 2 months of a grueling studying regime (it wouldn't have been so grueling if it hadn't been for ENGR 131, I’m sure some of you have the same feeling about this class).

I had got two free tickets to the football game that weekend. So on Saturday, I went to the game with some friends. We won by a lot and I got to enjoy a thirty percent discount at the University Bookstore on the following Monday. I hope the team keeps on winning.

Anyway, as of now, I couldn’t feel any better. I’m well rested, completely refreshed, and ready to tackle anything Purdue’s First year Engineering has to throw at me. Bring it ON!

  2. Engr131, yep, this class is exhausting. It takes most of my time, even it is just 2 credits. Even Calc 2 (5 credits) and Physics (4 credits) take less time. I was studying hard to the Exam 1, but got just 77. Also, tomorrow my team is going to start doing a project, which seems more exhausting. (Jayne)

  3. Once I wanted to buy something (don’t remember what) in the University Bookstore. To my astonishment, it was overcrowded by students. There were long lines to cashiers. I did not stand in those lines, because I was in hurry. I guessed that the Bookstore was offering discounts, but did not know what the reason was. Later that week, a friend told me that Purdue football team had won, that why there discounts in the bookstore. (Jayne)
